When an external vendor bottlenecked Fastly’s 'Performance@Scale' flagship video, I stepped in as the project's Creative Director to rapidly pivot the strategy. Within 24 hours, I off-boarded the vendor, restructured the production pipeline, and partnered with a specialized filmmaker to rewrite, shoot, and deliver a high-impact hero asset in just five days—safeguarding the launch timeline without sacrificing brand quality.
